When you select Delete Partition then will show a box. Tik the Delete partition quickly (Recommended) and click OK. Now click Apply of the left side of box. 

Now click Proceed and then will show Yes, Click Yes.

When Partition Deleted then will show Ok, Now click OK. After the partition, delete the file system will show pen Unallocated. Click right button of mouse and will show a menu. Select Create Partition from this menu.

When you select Create Partition then will show a box and click OK. Now click Apply of the left side of box and will show a box. Now click Proceed and will show anther box and click Yes.

Now enter your pen drive on PC then you will show your Devices With Removable Storage.

Now you can format directly from your PC.
